This is the steep bank which skirts the A4176 outside of the Zoo. Note that the area immediately adjacent to the Zoo, and used as a permanent car park for a number of years, is also part of the Downs! Look at the damage caused by parking on the meadow above the Zoo, used as a temporary Zoo car park for a number of years. One wonders when this will be cleared of trees and shrub and turned into a permanent car park for the Zoo!
